Condo Roop Kelly & Byrnes devotes its practice exclusively to domestic-relations and family law. Established with four attorneys in January 1993, the firm has grown steadily in the ensuing 15 years, and currently has ten attorneys: four partner/shareholders and six associates.
Our attorneys practice in all of the courts with jurisdiction over divorce and family-law issues in Arlington, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun and Prince William Counties and the City of Alexandria. The firm’s practice areas cover all aspects of the issues related to the dissolution of a marriage, such as the valuation and distribution of marital property, spousal support, custody, and child support, as well as the negotiation and drafting of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
With our lawyers’ practice experience ranging from recently-admitted to 35 years, we have the flexibility to accommodate cases of varying complexity and value. Likewise, we offer a range of hourly billing rates that allows us to match the cost of our services with a client’s specific resources.
Our office is located in McLean, Virginia, west of the Tysons Corner retail-commercial center, and is easily accessible from Routes 7 and 123 and the Dulles Toll Road. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
